I got banned from like 7 hours from now and it only says sorry, your account has been suspended for hours. Please visit help.ea.com etc it won't say for how many hours can yall please let me know in email message for how long is it suspended please?

We wouldn't be able to provide that through the forums, but you can definitely reach out to the Terms of Service team through the webform here.
That will let you create an appeal as outlined in these steps so the ToS team can take another look at the situation, including the duration of any suspensions. They'll reach back out via email once their investigation is complete, so thanks for the patience in the meantime.
