My appealing id [removed]

I received a tradable TOTS player card from the event rewards. Before rank-up, the card was clearly marked as tradable and could be sold on the market. However, after performing the rank-up, the card automatically became untradable without any clear warning or confirmation.

This caused a major coin loss because the player can no longer be listed or sold. I have attached screenshots as proof showing that the card was tradable before the rank-up process.

Please investigate this issue and review my account logs and attached evidence.”
