My Coins Have Disappeared

I was trying to buy a player for around 20 million coins and when I bought it didn't come up in my club so when I went back into the shop the card would still there so I don't know if someone bought at the same time as me but I'd like my coins back please. I'm really disappointed in this because it was one of my favorite games but I put all my time and effort into this game and it has just all gone down the drane and I've just started as well so it was quite heartbreaking for me.
