My FC Mobile account was banned

Hello EA Support Team,

I am unable to log in to my FIFA Mobile account and I keep receiving the following message:

"Account Locked – Error Code: 0x00102710"

The message says the lock is temporary for a few hours, but it has been much longer and the account is still locked.

I kindly request a review of my account and to remove the lock, as I have not used any third-party tools or illegal modifications. I would like to get back to the game as soon as possible.

We can't look into bans here on the forums, but if you reach out to our terms of service team they'll be able to take a look at this for you. Hopefully they'll be able to give you more info about what exactly's going wrong here.
