My fc mobile club feature is locked

It just shows the club as locked I can't go inside that  please help me fix this bug , i watched some youtube videos even for level 3 account the club is unlocked but I am level 15 my account club feature is locked then how can I experience the game , change the team like that, please ASAO fix this issue
