my game bug in reserve players ,i installed the game yesterday

everything is well the game guide is good it teach me where to to touch the screen but only in the that place it doesn't work anymore,i mean in the screenshoot,i cleared data ,and cache,i uninstall and reinstall again nothing happened,chang8my phone resultion nothing happened
