My little problem am experiencing lately

I’m having a serious problem trying to reset my system and there’s no way to do that and secondly my control aren’t responding to me like they are just doing what they like and thirdly am having a auto change player control it’s suppose to change to the nearest man close to the ball not the man far away please I would love you guys to see to this immediately it’s really annoying
