My Nation story shards got removed

I collected my shards both the chapters of Brazil as well as of Mexico separately when I spent my on Mexico the shards of Brazil also automatically got deleted our removed from the game due to the Glitch as they both are separate and I collected both of the Shards separately but now I dont have anything I have spend time on it by completing the Quest and all that and suddenly it is gone and traumatised right now😭😭please help EA please look up to my ID my ID is right here uid - [mod edit - removed UID - keep it safe]
