My players are kicking backward while I am about to score goal

Please fix this issue in my account. My players are kicking backward automatically while i am about to kick goal. I loss many matches like this. Please fix this . This issue makes this game worst to me . I have ability but this game has issues and so that I can't win.

This problem is also same in scouting event and other. Please fix this issue
