Hello EA support, I have encountered an issue where the japanese token exchange for japanese shards in the store, it suddenly vanished. I have about 1500 tokens which you get from answering trivia questions but they are completely useless because I cannot exchange them for shards. Is this a bug or not? I am stuck at 600 shards.
Not sure what your screenshot is trying to show, but what you experienced is by design
the 60-shard exchange has a purchase limit of 10, meaning you can only get 600 F2P shards. If you want more, EA expects you to spend FC points if you want 112+ card as these are NOT F2P.Copying the info from a guide
If you want to buy everything in the Store, here’s the total cost breakdown:
750 Rank Up Points -> 400 Story Tokens × 5 = 2,000 Story Tokens
600 A Nation’s Story Shards -> 300 Story Tokens × 10 = 3,000 Story Tokens
A Nation’s Story: Sakura Logo -> 400 Story Tokens × 1 = 400 Story TokensIn total, you’ll need 5,400 Story Tokens to claim all the available rewards which is what you get if you answer all questions correctly.
