⚠️ Heroes Chronicles Bug / Glitch

Question

I can click on the reveal button today but after doing almost every single point/node in the trial chapter, I was one more box away from getting the other 10 hero shards but although it requires me to have 12 energy points I have 20 and above in both fire and the blue one. I can't click on the next one despite having sufficient energy. Please fix this and provide a compensation for yesterday's glitch

This also happened to me in the first 2 days but i think i clicked the wrong ones and didn't get the chance to go forward but today I made sure I asked other people and click on the right ones to reach the other 10 heroe shards in the third chapter. please help

the same thing happened with me in the 2nd day in which I was not able to get the extra 10 tokens but from then I cannot open it for the reveal button is not reacting&nbsp;
