I completed the match and didn't get the tile reward, it also won't let me do the next match or redo the previous one, leaving me stuck.

Tremblintrev This is necroposting as you dug out a 3-month-old thread on a different event (yes, France is different to OP's Portugal despite sharing the common Nation Story). Also, if you miss a day, it only delays it by a day.

I didn’t receive the final shard rewards from the France nations story, just because I was a day late in completing the event, what can I do, I have already tried rebooting the game and that didn’t work, any suggestions as I think this is extremely bad of ea not to give you the reward, as far as I’m aware there is no comment of having to complete the event in a certain time scale, this event is running for a long time to come yet.
