Neon Event Reward 2 Bug

Question

As you can see here I have yet to exchange my Socrates card, but when I try to exchange it it says Reward exchange limit reached and I also have exact 300 tokens just enough to exchabge the card, I don't know why this is happening can anyone help?

He's marked IOS so he wont be able to clear the cache. I'd power cycle the mobile, if still not working then link up the accounts so you don't lose your progress then re-install the game&nbsp;

Try clearing app cache if you're on android
