    Hey there. Sorry to hear about the trouble with your game in both online and offline games. Here are some steps that could help improve things for you. 

    • Fully close FC Mobile and restart your phone.
    • Test the game on the other connection type as well: if you’re on Wi-Fi, try mobile data (check both 4G and 5G if possible); if you’re on mobile data, try Wi-Fi.
    • Clear the FC Mobile app cache.
    • Close background apps and make sure the phone has enough free storage.
    • Confirm both FC Mobile and your phone OS are fully updated.
    • If possible, sign into the same account on another supported device and test a match there.
