network instability.

I am playing Fc mobile for over 2 years, almost 3. I feel discomfort sometimes, while playing FC mobile due to network instability.I have a pretty good wifi connection. it's speed is 72 mbps .Still i face huge network problems, when I play Fc mobile the ping is so high though my wifi connection is strong and stable. and I have 3 device connected to my account and every device faces same problem..i am an average player, I sometimes lose crucial matches, and keep losing without any reason, I play really impressive but at crucial times something wrong occurs(crucial is meant for the one match to reach fc champions or other division push). sometimes my players feel slow against very very low ovr players. no , like , how can 106 doue outrun 116 carlos alberto? like how? in that kind of  matches,every time my players feel useless ,slow, they mispass, cant recieve and I dont think that  are bound to happen due to my playing skill. there is some serious problem in the game. and there are bugs whenever i reach 10 stars in fc champion division, it first occurs 19 stars then 10 stars. you cant division up from 19 to 10, you can from 9 to 10.
So kindly  try to solve those prblems..
