NOT ABLE TO CLAIM GLORIOUS ERA 112 OVR FREE CARD

I completed all the task and afterwards I wasn't able to claim the card as i was not able to claim those cards because of some bug

I cannot claim my glorious era reward I completed whole reward section then i cannot claim the 103ovr player.

I have already completed all club chapters but still cannot redeem my free glorious era selection, anyone know how to fix this?

    Claiming all the portraits from each team in the event seems to do the trick. Could you give that a go?
