Not getting my account or . I lost my original account

Due to when I am installing my  fc mobile game in that time my original account is not getting loggin the same type of problem  I haved face second time . I want say ea that as posibal as soon pls fixed this problem this type of proble makeing the game experience low of to the .

    It getting lage of due to of some bug when i am loggin my ea account it getting stucked
