Not logged in issue
I have made new google account (i forgot my old account because i forgot password) but when i try to redeem code
It says that this account is not logged in since i logged in through Facebook
Please look into this issue and fix it

Hi there. The redeem code website requires you to sign in with the same EA Account that is linked to your in-game profile. Please use your EA Account email address and password to log in. Signing in with a new Google account or through Facebook will not work unless that login is connected to the same EA Account you use in the game.
If you no longer have access to your original EA Account, you will need to recover that account first before redeeming the code.
