Not receiving my reward for live event scout campaign

I played the scout yesterday date 21 or 22/04/2026 and won all four games of it. 

I was supposed to receive 200 rank up and 2000000 coin but didn't receive so. Is there anything you could do for me.

I am also having problem while logging in, it asked me to choose between my Hello EA sports, I'm having a bit of an issue with my game I do not know if it's something with the app or that's going on in the game. Just today I tried opening the game to play it for a little bit but it shows me a screen where it says choose account, now mind you just never happened to me, and it also keeps loading with out letting me choose one. Currently i am on my gust account, I worked so hard on my 120 overall team, if you guys could respond as soon as possible I would appreciate it thank you for your time.
