Often Lost Connection

Hello, why am I getting this "consecutive connection loss" error? Why should I lose my progress for no reason? My internet is excellent, I can connect to matches without any problems, as you can see, and everything works fine, but when I try to play VSA and Head to Head, I get these errors. I demand a refund for my lost progress, thank you.
