Hello.

I opened the Extra Time 12,000 tokens reward.

Before claiming, the screen clearly showed the item as TRADABLE.

After receiving it, the player (Chiellini) became UNTRADABLE.

This is misleading information / visual bug.

I only claimed the reward because it was shown as tradable.

Please check my account and provide a fix or compensation.
