Once it buys something, it keeps buying it again and again!

Whenever I buy FC Points, it always makes an additional extra purchase. Despite completing the transaction, no points are ever added to my account. It only takes my money. This is outright fraud. I demand that the necessary action be taken.

Raise a case with EA help via the in-game menu. stating missing content; they will be able to check the logs against your account. Remove your UID too.
