Ongoing Technical Issues, Unfair Matchmaking
The game was very enjoyable at first; however, at this point I am seriously considering uninstalling it due to ongoing technical issues and what appears to be consistently unfair gameplay systems.
Recently, matchmaking has become extremely unbalanced, pairing players with clear and unreasonable power differences. In addition to this, in-game bugs have become frequent and disruptive. While attempting to complete the Ice Mission, the game froze twice and crashed with an error, which prevented me from completing the mission entirely. My device and internet connection are both fully functional, so this issue is not on my end.
Furthermore, after purchasing and opening the 7,500-gem pack, I received very low-level players. This has happened twice. On top of that, while trying to start an online one-on-one match, matchmaking was completed and the game was about to begin, but an in-game error caused the application to crash. Since then, I have been unable to log back into the game.
If these technical failures and unfair mechanics continue, I will likely stop playing altogether. It is quite concerning to see a game with strong potential being managed so poorly. Additionally, when purchasing packs with real money, I consistently receive the same players. While the system encourages spending money to upgrade genes or obtain different players, the outcome is repeatedly identical, which feels misleading and unfair.
The game was well-balanced and enjoyable at launch, but it has since become frustrating rather than entertaining. How do you plan to compensate players for the missions, matches, and rewards lost due to these errors? Instead of continuously introducing new content, addressing existing problems and properly compensating affected players would make the game far more playable and trustworthy.
I expect a clear explanation and an appropriate resolution regarding these issues.
