Opening A nations story:Netherlands packs

When I open my koeman pack on Netherlands nations story .it shows  that it's an error and I must connect to a better network and wifi . I did that. my wifi signal is full and my network signal is full but still nothing. please fix my problem ASAP I really need to get Koeman from a nation's story
