opposing players deliberately cheat

actually i won this match with score 12-5 but the system recorded me losing the match with score 4-5. opponent disconnected at 4-5. then recorded me losing. i publisher clarify this issue and return the star to me. don't want similar errors like this. if not resolved for me. i will not play the game anymore.
