BUG ACC

Why can’t I redeem the code!? It keeps saying that this account is not linked to the game and that I need to link it first. I’ve gone back and forth opening the game maybe dozens of times already, AND THE EA ACCOUNT CHECK MARK IS ALREADY GREEN! So WHY THE HELL can’t I redeem the code yet!?

Hey lyzllp84lxdn. Are you sure you’re logging in with the same EA account both in the game and on the website?
Try opening the page in a new incognito tab and logging in using your EA account email address to confirm.
