Hello, I'm making this post (after I already contacted the support and they told me to do that) following the sale of a player for which no credit were given. I sold GRIMALDO 95 (upgraded card) for about 17,300,000 about a today (in the transfer market) but no sell order appeared nor does my player was given back, I waited all day hoping to receive my credits but nothing. now and have never had such a problem, so I'd like to know if it would be possible for me to find a way to get my credits or at least get my player ba

- @gfabfeahfxby Hi mate - there is nothing we can do on AHQ, you will need to go back to customer service and tell them that you have missing content and ask them to check your game logs for the player listing.
If you mention bug they just send you here, but there is no bug where players posted to the market simply disappear … a week ago I would have said you probably accidentally quick sold them, but in the latest update the quick sell button was removed.
Give customer service another crack, and if you have no luck then come back here and we will see what else we can find out to help work out what happened (customer service can actually check though - so go back to them first)
