Overwrite my account by mistake

Hey there, I have some kind of problem on my account and squard yesterday when i try to login on my fc mobile the network was not good and tells login failed, after network become stable when I logged in with EA account it's comes two choices my main account name is (miles with 110 OVR) and other choice with unknown account with O OVR by mistaken I click the unknown account and overwrite my main account (miles) I have tried many time and every process to get my account back but i failed please 🙏 can you help bring my account back

    You can contact customer service via the in app settings menu or via ea help, but if you have overwritten your account there is probably not much they can do.

    as a common rule though, if you want to run two accounts, do them from seperate devices and you will not have this sort of issue

    Where can I contact customer service on EA help I have tried to look every where but can't see
