OVR PROBLEM

Hello ea, I wanted to report the fact that whenever I get a crazy good player it usually just reduces my ovr like replacing like replacing a 115 by a 117 it makes my ovr down and I have to put a 112 icon in my bench or change the player back into 115 for high ovr again my goal is to reach at least 123 ovr but it's impossible to do it with the best players reducing my ovr please fix the problem! thanks for the updates
