Star Shards issues

Hello EA,

Since the start of the last week, I've got an issue with my star shards. Few of my players are locked into my team as I want to exchange them for star shards and the total amount I'm missing for now is 975 star shards. I don't know if the problem will continue but it's really annoying as I try hard to get players like Vitinha or Zalazar into my team, whom cost alot of star shards (34 300). Since then, I'm locked with 13 525 of them so I would like to know if it's possible to get the missing shards and if the problem can get resolved.
