Pack 15k gems

got a 15k gems 2nd anniversary box B didn't get my 110-115 OVR player

Hello EA Support,

I recently opened the 2nd Anniversary Box B pack in FC Mobile and spent 15000 gems. According to the pack details, one of the guaranteed unique rewards should be a 2nd Anniversary Player (110-113 OVR).

However, instead of receiving that player, I got Mixed Version players and did not get the Anniversary Player at all. This seems like a bug or error because it was clearly listed as one of the no duplicate rewards.

Please review my account and help me get the missing 2nd Anniversary Player (110-113 OVR) or refund the gems I spent (15000).
