Pack opening

I bought 15000 gem pack which contains players between 110-113 and I received average gold players

this is not the first time that has happened to me .Same happened at 2nd anniversary and I reported it yet you guys decided not to give back the players i paid for

We waste hours to play your game and all you do is to steal from us and decide not to do anything about it when we report

if I don’t get back those players I’m deleting the app by noon

Screenshot of the pack and what you ended up getting? Also, have you actually pressed the "more info", which has the probabilities?

15k pack clearly says you get one of 8 available rewards. No duplicate means you buy that pack 8 times and you will get all those 8 rewards. The one you're after will probably be the last with the pack luck in game.
