Pack reward not as promised

Hello EA Support,

I purchased a pack in EA FC Mobile using 15,000 gems, which promised players rated 111–113. However, I received basic players around 66 OVR instead.

Here are the details:

Pack purchased:Footyverse Box D

Purchase date: 15 November 2025

Please help me resolve this issue by providing the correct players or refunding the spent gems.
