PACKAGES!

Hello dear EA officials, I think there is a bug in the packs on my id account [Removed, do not post this publicly, thanks - CM], I have spent 30,000 fc points and more since the last event, but all the packs I open give me minimum gen players, no matter which pack I open, it is always the same, even in 106/109 it gives 106, this situation is starting to bother me now, if it is not fixed, I will call my bank and apply for a refund, increase the pack chance of my account! In the current event, not even 107 players came out! I got 106, but it came out of the 106/109 pack, even in that, the lowest player came out! Fix this problem, or I will contact my bank. Good luck
