Payment bug - error "20001"

I keep getting this error "20001"  when trying to purchase any item from the store.. I tried clearing cache, updating app. Fixing methods at thi point I'm convinced the problem is not my side.. It used to work.

    Hi! Thanks for reporting this. Since you have already cleared the cache and updated the game, please try these checks next:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile and restart your phone.
    2. Make sure your device’s date, time and time zone are set automatically.
    3. Check that your Google Play or Apple App Store country/region matches your current location and payment method. Log out and sign back in to your store account. 
    4. Open your store purchase history and check whether any previous FC Mobile transaction is still pending or processing.
    5. Remove and re-add your payment method, then try again using a stable connection.
    6. As a workaround (if possible) try purchasing through the official FC Mobile Webstore instead of the in-game Store.
