i pay for one draft ticket 2 PLN, and I dont get it, so I buy the same pack one more time and i get it, the pack cost 2 PLN, I must pay 4 PLN. GET BACK MY 2 PLN!!!!

You'll need to contact our live support team and work with them to see if they can locate the second pack on your account and confirm if that initial payment went through. They'd also be the best resource to see if a refund for that additional purchase is available at this time, as we can't guarantee that here on the forums.
