Penalty Shootout Is Broken in FC Mobile

I would like to report several serious issues in FC Mobile that have been affecting gameplay for a long time.

During penalty shootouts, the goalkeeper often cannot be controlled properly. Instead of responding to the player's input, the goalkeeper moves on its own, making saves or dives based on AI rather than user control.

When taking a penalty, the shot frequently goes in a completely different direction from where it was aimed. In some cases, the ball even goes far outside the goal despite accurate input.

These are fundamental gameplay mechanics, not minor visual bugs. It is very frustrating to lose matches because the game ignores player input.

How is this acceptable in 2026? What are the developers doing? What kind of technology or quality assurance process is being used if such basic issues still exist? There are many talented software engineers looking for opportunities, yet it is hard to understand how a company like EA can deliver this level of quality in a flagship game.

Please investigate these problems and prioritize fixing them. Players should lose because of their decisions and skill, not because the game fails to register or execute their inputs correctly.
