Player Fault - Captain Event

I just exchanged captain shards for Heung-min Son and I had 1250 and I had 1250 shards and when I checked my account I didn't find Heung-min Son I tried all possible ways and I didn't find him in my account I hope this problem is resolved as soon as possible and thank you
