Player not provided after making the top-up

Hey EA Team 

I made my first top-up in FC Mobile, but I didn’t receive the advertised player reward. The offer said “first top-up gives a player,” which is misleading because my purchase didn’t count. I would like either the reward or a refund.

Marcel Desailly

Michael Carrick

I request EA team to either provide me player of my choice or either refund back the money. Amount spent was 39 Rupees
