Players disappearing

I have spent shards on a 119 Joe Cole RW card which has disappeared from my FC mobile account even tho the shards are still missing the player I spent them on has disappeared from my club I've also spent 22k shards on Sneijdar which has also disappeared im asking EA for you to give me back the players that I've worked hard for please
