Players Not Available for Exchanges and Not Tradable

Hello EA FC Mobile Support,

I opened a Draft and received several Moroccan players as rewards. However, I discovered that these players do not appear in any Shard Exchanges, and they are also not tradable on the market. In addition, they are not currently being used in my lineup or any active squad.

As a result, these players are stuck in my account, and I cannot use them in exchanges or sell them.
