I have played myself up to FC Champions and on the way up it shows that I would be rewarded with tradeable players (Screenshot). Every player I got was sadly untradeable in every reward.
Is this a Bug or just a visual error?

Forums don't help with bans. I guess that you were meant to post here -> Suspended for no reason [0x00002710] | EA Forums - 12982726, but that wouldn't change the fact that you would be told to follow the ban/suspension process anyway.
My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history.
