Unable to Enter Matches in FC Mobile

I am facing an issue in FC Mobile where I am unable to enter or start a match. Whenever I try to enter a match, the game does not allow me to proceed, which prevents me from playing normally.

I have tried restarting the game and checking my internet connection, but the problem still persists.
