Please help!!!!

I am experiencing a serious and repeated issue in EA FC Mobile H2H matches.

The same problem happened yesterday and again today. During the match, especially when I move past the middle of the pitch, the game suddenly shows “Lost Connection”. At the same time, my players stop responding correctly to my touch controls. I can tap to move, pass, sprint or defend, but the players do not react properly or continue moving in the wrong direction.

What is strange is that during the opponent’s counterattack, my players can become completely unresponsive, while the opponent continues playing normally.

This is not a problem with my phone’s touchscreen. Immediately after the match, the phone works normally, and in the following matches the controls can work normally again.

The problem has now happened repeatedly on different days and is seriously affecting H2H gameplay and match results.

I am not claiming that my opponent is cheating, but I would like you to investigate whether there is a server-side connection, synchronization/desynchronization, or gameplay input issue affecting these matches.

Please check the connection and match data for the affected games and let me know what may be causing this issue.
