The question asks:
"Who was the Japanese player that won the AFC Asian International Player of the Year in 2013?"

I selected Keisuke Honda, but the game marked it as incorrect.
According to official AFC sources, Keisuke Honda was the winner of the AFC Asian International Player of the Year award in 2013.
