Problem with Online Matches in FC Mobile

Hello, I’m having an issue with the online matches in FC Mobile.

When I find an opponent, the match doesn’t start — instead, I get disconnected right away.

I’ve already tried switching to a different internet connection, updated the game to the latest version, and even reinstalled it, but the problem still happens.

Please help me fix this issue.

Hey 8f9ad97c92498136. Could you try testing your account on a different device, or see if another account can connect using the same network and device you’re currently on?
Also, please check whether there are any firewalls or network restrictions in place that might be blocking your connection. Make sure your region is set correctly.
