Problem with payment in the game

Hello,
I have a problem with purchases in EA Sports FC Mobile.
I have 100 PLN balance on my Google Play account, and payments work correctly in other apps and games.
However, every purchase attempt in FC Mobile fails with Purchase Failed.
This issue has been happening for a long time.
Please check if my EA account has any purchase restriction, block, or risk flag that prevents transactions in FC Mobile.
I would appreciate a clear confirmation whether my account is restricted and, if so, how this can be resolved.

    Subject: Purchase error in FC Mobile

    Hi,

    The error message I see when trying to complete the purchase is: PURCHASE FAILED
    Sorry, the transaction was not successful. Please login to your application store account and try  again.

    Yes, I was able to make purchases on this same account in the past without any issues.

    I will try changing my phone’s language to English as suggested and will let you know if that resolves the problem.

    Hey! What exact error message do you see when you try to complete the purchase? Also, have you been able to make purchases on this same account in the past?

    As a quick workaround, please try temporarily changing your phone’s language to English, then attempt the purchase again. Let us know if that resolves the issue.
