Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

i have not received anything until now

I am experiencing trouble with the new redeem code (BRIGHTLIGHTS) . I have tried to claim it when my internet was supposedly low . I couldn't claim that redeem code anymore and nothing has arrived in my game inbox either . Please have a look into it.

I tried to claim this redeem code "BRIGHTLIGHTS" but it said try again later. When I re tried to claim it, it said "you can only redeem one per person". I checked ingame and did not recieve any rewards. I am constantly trying to redeem it but same issue is happening. Please help

So EA sports gave a new redeem code for fc mobile which was bright lights and when I redeemed it ...my code glitched and it first said something like code invalid and then when next time I entered it ... It said no more redemption you can only do it for once... And I didn't recieve my code it has been more than 4hours or 6 hours please act upon it

When i tried redeeming code BRIGHTLIGHTS it said the code is limited to one per person, and when i checked my game i didn't receive anything. Please help me out i rly need those gems.
