Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

While redeeming the BRIGHTLIGHTS redeem code at first it shows error now it showing it is applicable for one I'd but I didn't receive any rewards in the first place

It is saying only 1 redeem code per player when I clicked redeem it first popped up that try again , something went wrong. and I did not recieve it yet . Redeem Code : BRIGHTLIGHTS  . I really needed that reward for my team as it went through a full revamp. It would be great if u could return the rewards to me  and any other player who faced this problem. 

I redeemed the new code 'BRIGHTLIGHTS' but it didn't give me the items and when I tried again it says its redeemed.Please solve this asap

I can see many of you are having trouble with the code rewards. Just wanted to check — have you tried restarting your game after redeeming the code to see if the rewards come through?

Please give it another try and let me know in the comments if you’re still having any issues.

BRIGHTLIGHT redeem code was applyed but nothing was sent to my mail box in game

Yes I restarted the game and we restarted the website and still does not work 

Ofc we did it. And extra time pick doesnt work and steal tokens without receiving a reward
