I would like to report a bug concerning the following gift code: "BRIGHTLIGHTS".
When I first tried to enter the code, I received an error message: "Please try again later." After a few attempts, I continued to receive the same message, so I decided to wait a while.
About an hour later, I tried to enter it again, and this time a new message appeared: "This code has already been redeemed by this player."
However, I did not receive any reward, and it has been over 30 minutes since the last attempt. The system seems to have marked the code as used without actually granting the items.
Could you please investigate this issue?
